Order terms

What you get

A book in which your child is the hero: their name in the text with correct Kazakh endings, and their face in the illustrations.

  • Digital book — PDF, 12 pages, in the language you choose
  • Printed book — 25×25 cm, hardcover, silk paper, plus the PDF as a gift

How an order goes

  1. You try the cover for free — upload a photo and see the result straight away. Nothing to pay at this step.
  2. You place the order and pay by Kaspi transfer.
  3. We assemble the layout and send you the whole of it.
  4. You approve the layout. Not happy — we redo it.
  5. The book is printed and travels to you.

Timing

  • digital book — as soon as the layout is approved
  • printed — three to five working days at the printer, plus delivery within Kazakhstan

If you need it by a particular date, tell us in advance and we will confirm it separately.

Payment

A Kaspi transfer to the number shown on the order screen. Put the order code in the transfer comment. There is no instalment plan.

Delivery

Charged separately from the price of the book. Free within Almaty: pickup or courier. To other cities in Kazakhstan — 4 000 ₸, CDEK, two to three days. The amount is shown on the tale's page and in the order form before you pay.

Returns

The book is made for your child personally: their name, their face. It cannot be sold to anyone else, so a printed book cannot be returned or exchanged. That is exactly why we show you the layout before printing and do not start printing until you approve it.

If the book arrives damaged or is printed with a defect, send us a photo and we will reprint it at our own cost.

A digital book is not refundable once the file has been sent.

If the photo does not work

Sometimes a photograph does not yield a good face: too far away, blurred, wearing a hat. We will tell you before payment, at the preview step, and ask for another photo.

Rights to the book

The illustrations, texts and characters belong to Ertegim. You receive the book for personal use: to read, to give, to keep. Not to reproduce or sell.
