Who processes the data

What we collect
To make the book we need:
- the child's name, age and gender
- a photograph of the child
- the names of relatives, if you gave them for the dedication
- your phone number, for contact and delivery
- a delivery address, if you ordered a printed book
- technical data: the IP address and the time you gave consent — so that we can confirm the consent was obtained
What for
Only to make and deliver the book you ordered. We do not use the photo, the child’s name or your contacts for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone except in the cases described below.
Meta Pixel
To see whether our Instagram and Facebook ads bring people who care about the book, the site uses the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta only about steps on the site: a page was opened, a cover was shown in the free preview, the order form was opened, an order was placed (which tale and for how much). The pixel does not receive the photo, the child’s name or your contacts. Meta processes this information under its own policy; personalised ads can be turned off in Meta’s ad settings and in your browser settings.
The site also reports the preview cover and the order to Meta from its own server, so that ad blockers do not lose them. Along with them go the IP address, browser details and the pixel’s identifiers; the server never sends Meta the photo, the child’s name or your contacts.
The child's photograph
The photograph is needed so that the child's face appears in the illustrations. For this the image is processed by Segmind, a service located outside Kazakhstan. Only the fragment of the image containing the face is sent — without the name, the age or any other data about the child.
We do not use photographs to train models, and we do not publish them anywhere without your separate written consent.
How long we keep it
- photographs from the free preview that did not become an order — 7 days
- photographs from orders — 90 days after the book is shipped
- order data (name, contacts, contents) — 3 years, for bookkeeping and repeat enquiries
After that the photographs are deleted permanently.
Your rights
At any time you may:
- find out what data about you we hold
- correct it
- require the photograph or all your data to be deleted
- withdraw your consent
Write to ertegim.kz@gmail.com or to WhatsApp 77027205979 — we will do it within three working days. If the order is still in progress, deleting the data means cancelling the order.
The parent gives consent
The child's data is given to us by a parent or another legal representative. By placing an order you confirm that you are entitled to do so.
Where the data is stored

Changes
If the policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes apply only to new orders.
